A playlist allows you to categorize sources and feeds into a single stream of curated content.
Curation Station® software helps brand teams distribute curated content across websites, Facebook, email campaigns, at live events and within dynamically generated online banner ads.
Multiple playlists allow brands to manage and distribute content and conversations about more than one topic. Curation Station® software allows you to manage multiple playlists (i.e. multiple topics) for a brand within one dashboard.
With the software’s organizational structure, your team will save time curating and approving content for distribution. Multiple users can log in to one account, with different levels of administration authority, so teams can work together, quickly, to manage multiple topics for a brand.
Monitoring tools typically only allow you to gather and analyze content. And sometimes, that’s all you need. Curation Station® empowers you to gather and analyze content then vet individual items regardless of media source, comment on them, and distribute your curated content across websites, Facebook, email, events and online banner ads.
Yes. After the initial account set up, Curation Station® software can run automatically, if desired. Our auto-publish feature can be implemented for all sources in a playlist. Most clients choose to run Curation Station® with a mix of both manual and automatic publishing.
Yes. Curation Station® software can stream images (e.g. fan photos) and text curated from almost any source to active, online banner campaigns.

Yes, we provide the ability to search through the entire history of items that have been imported into Curation Station®.
Yes. Curation Station® software boasts several features, including profanity and keyword filtering controls. These tools allow administrators to automatically vet and tune their incoming content streams, saving time spent curating content.
We currently offer four primary means of using our software to display content within a website. (And we’re working on more, so don’t hesitate to ask if you’ve got an awesome project brewing.)
No problem. The software works behind firewalls and on intranets. Many organizations use Curation Station® internally and with their clients on password-protected sites to share and discuss competitive positioning and news items.
Go nuts, friend. You can add as many twitter and RSS streams, as many YouTube channels, as many other sources as you want to a single playlist. Your source count for each playlist is unlimited.
Rest easy. We built Curation Station® software with a tiered approval system. Individually curated items can be sent (via email) for approval through the admin interface. The approving recipient clicks “okay” to the email, and content is published immediately. Or, you can set up tiers of vetting and approval, so different layers of your organization can organize, curate and ultimately make approvals before publishing.
No. Our software does not allow you to alter the original words, images and video gathered from other sources, in the same way search engines don’t allow you to edit content. You do have rich control of how curated content is displayed (e.g. fonts, colors, design, etc.). And you can publish commentary alongside your curated content.
Yes. The current administration dashboard can provide a variety of metrics for content published through Curation Station®, including most-clicked items. Future versions of the software will incorporate a deeper suite of analytics tools.
